The Ambassador’s visit was followed by the visit of the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in India, Mr. Abel Abale Despaigne. He delivered a lecture on India-Cuba Relations and the prospects of collaboration in higher education and health sectors. He also explained the challenges posed by US sanctions on Cuba and highlighted the nation’s resistance against such discriminatory policies.
