Ana Liliana Espitia Falla

Ana Liliana Espitia Falla is a Magister and specialized professional trained in Leadership and effective communication with 20 years of experience as a Bilingual Teacher at all educational levels, from pre-school to working with adults in University undergraduates.

She has participated in international courses from the British Council, England, and ITEC Council, India. She has strengthened proficiency levels in English B2 and C1, handling English at the C level according to the Common European Framework.

Ana Liliana is a leader in institutional development projects such as PEI, PILEO (Institutional Project for reading, writing, and speaking), and the Bilingualism Project for Secondary School Students.

She has also served as the Head of the Spanish Language area and as a Virtual English Tutor at UNAD (Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia) for a year, managing the MOODLE platform.

Rugmini Devi M
ICSSR Fellow
Department of Political Science, University of Kerala

Rugmini Devi M is currently an ICSSR doctoral fellow at the Department of Political Science, University of Kerala.

She completed her Masters with a Silver Medal from the Department of Political Science and her Bachelors in Social Science from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

She is engaged in research on a comparative study of technological transfer and the technological divide between the Global North and South, with a special focus on the Latin American region and the dependency school of thought that has emerged from it.

She has published various research papers and articles related to the digital divide, the informal sector, and other development issues in the Global South. She is also the Assistant Editor of the Journal of Polity and Society.
