Divya C. Senan is a University Education Assistant Professor with eighteen years of professional and teaching experience.

Her international experiences as a Fulbright Nehru post-doctoral scholar in education policy and planning have broadened her opportunities to teach students across borders.

She is a motivated researcher looking to further advance the understanding of education by conducting independent research on internationalization issues, trends, and opportunities in both secondary and higher education in the USA, Latin American countries, African, and European nations.

M.A. Siddeek is an Associate Professor at the Department of Malayalam. He is also the Director of the International Centre for Sree Narayana Guru Studies.

He creatively engages in literary criticism, short story writing, and oration. He is credited with 12 books and almost 100 published articles.

He has done several translations and studies based on Latin American literature, culture, and politics. He was a panel member of the Kairali channel program ‘A Long Conversation with Alaida Guevara’, daughter of Che Guevara.

Meena T. Pillai is a Professor at the Institute of English, University of Kerala. Her academic career began with her doctoral work, supported by a Fulbright Doctoral Fellowship at the Ohio State University.

She was also a recipient of the prestigious Shastri Fellowship at the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema, University of Concordia, and the Commonwealth Fellowship at the Centre for Media Studies, University of Sussex.

She has written a seminal essay ‘Is Gabriel García Márquez a Malayali?’, which was widely read and discussed. Her focus areas also include Latin American literature.

Siddik Rabiyath is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, University of Kerala.

He secured an MA from the University of Kerala, M Phil from the University of Hyderabad, and a PhD from JNU. His broad areas of interest include Law and Economics, Public Economics, Institutional Economics, Microeconomics, and Political Economy, with a special focus on Latin America.

He writes actively on issues of social, political, and economic relevance in various online and offline publications.

S. R. Jayashree
Professor
Department of Hindi

S. R. Jayashree is a Professor at the Department of Hindi, University of Kerala. She is an expert in translation with proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam.

She has 19 years of experience in teaching and 15 years in research. She serves as an expert and academic committee member in the Literary Mission Book Committee.

She has been instrumental in popularizing foreign books for the Hindi audience, the largest in India. She is currently engaged in translating Latin American authors from Malayalam to Hindi.

T. S. Swapna did her Doctoral Research at Cochin University of Science and Technology on the topic ‘Generation of variability for Salt tolerance in rice’, where she studied salinity tolerance in ‘Pokkali’, a unique rice variety of Kerala, and identified biochemical markers for salinity tolerance.

She is currently working on salinity tolerance in pulses and the incorporation of computational learning and machine learning for simplifying agricultural practices and enhancing yield.

She is also working on underutilized leafy vegetables and tubers of ethnobotanical significance for popularization and value addition. She has expertise in the conservation of agrobiodiversity.
